Publisher and data controller
The TopSib website is published by Clabsolution LLC, 2915 Ogletown Rd #4515, Newark, DE 19713, U.S.A. (mailing address). Clabsolution LLC is responsible for the personal data described on this page. Contact: team@topsibpartners.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the topsib.com website, the enquiries and partnership discussions we have with brands and agencies, and the emails we send to companies about sponsorship. It does not cover job applications: our careers site will have its own candidate privacy notice.
What data we handle
When you contact us
The contact form collects your name, work email, company (optional) and message. If you email us directly, we receive the details included in your email. We do not store form submissions on this website: they are delivered to our mailbox. You do not have to give us any data, but we need your name, email address and message to answer you; without them, we cannot reply.
When we contact a company
To offer sponsorship, we write to business contact details that the company publishes, usually on its own website, such as a general address like contact@ or partners@. We record the company name, website and country, public information about its products, and our emails and replies. Software, including AI writing tools, helps us find these details and prepare our first email, and a member of our team approves each first email before it is sent. We send at most two follow-up emails.
When you visit the website
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information to deliver the pages and protect the website. On the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person; it processes information about your browser and device for this check. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and the website sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies to protect the website.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and discuss a partnership, because you asked us to and because we have a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
- To offer our sponsorship services to companies, based on our legitimate interest in reaching businesses that may want to advertise in our videos. We write only to business addresses, and every email explains how to stop receiving them.
- To prepare, sign and invoice a sponsorship, because the contract requires it and accounting and tax rules oblige us to keep records.
- To keep the website and the contact form secure, based on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.
Who receives it
We share personal data only with service providers that work for us: Google, which runs our email and the service that delivers form messages; Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the website; and the providers of the research, AI writing and team communication tools we use for our outreach. When we invoice a sponsorship, our bank and payment providers also receive the details needed for payment. We may disclose data to authorities when the law requires it.
Where it is processed
Clabsolution LLC is based in the United States, and our providers process data in the United States and in other countries. These countries may not offer the same level of protection as your own. Where the law requires safeguards for these transfers, we rely on our providers' data processing terms, which include the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, or on their certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries, partnership emails and outreach records for 24 months after our last exchange, then delete them. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep only your email address and company website on a do-not-contact list, for as long as needed to respect your request. Contracts and invoices are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
How we protect it
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to our mailbox and tools is limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure, and we will act promptly if a problem occurs.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or send you a copy in a portable format. You can object to our sponsorship emails at any time: reply STOP, or write to us. To use any of these rights, write to team@topsibpartners.com; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live, for example the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand, the Personal Data Protection Commissioner in Malaysia, or your national authority in the European Union.
Children
The TopSib website and our sponsorship services are for businesses. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Videos
Video players are loaded from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) only when you press play. YouTube's own terms and privacy policy apply once a video is playing.
